THE REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF HEALTH
No. 239/Menkes/Per/V/85
ON
CERTAIN COLORING AGENTS THAT ARE DECLARED AS DANGEROUS MATERIALS
DIRECTOR GENERAL OF DRUG AND FOOD CONTROL,
Considering :
- a. that after investigation, it comes out that certain coloring agents as specified in Attachment to the Regulation of the Minister of Health Number : 239/Menkes/Per/V/85 on Certain Coloring Agents that are Declared as Dangerous Materials, constitute Coloring Agents which may cause hazards if used in drugs and foods, but some of them can be used in cosmetics;
- b. that, therefore, it is necessary to make affirmation in Attachment to the Regulation of the Minister of Health RI No. 239/Menkes/Per/V/85 on Certain Coloring Agents that are Declared as Dangerous Materials by amending the title and adding its Attachment;
- c. that in relation to the foregoing, and based on Article 2 paragraph (3) is the Regulation of the Minister of Health RI No. 239/Menkes/Per/V/85 on Certain Coloring Agents that are Declared as Dangerous Materials, it is necessary to stipulate Decision of the Director General of Drug and Food Control on Amendment to Attachment to the Regulation of the Minister of Health RI Number: 239/Menkes/Per/V/85 on Certain Coloring Agents that are Declared as Dangerous Materials.
In view of :
Regulation of the Minister of Health RI Number : 239/Menkes/Per/V/85 on Certain Coloring Agents that are Declared as Dangerous Materials.
DECIDES
To stipulate :
First :
Decision of the Director General of Drug and Food Control on Amendment to Attachment to the Regulation of the Minister of Health RI No. 239/Menkes/Per/V/85 on Certain Coloring Agents that are Declared as Dangerous Materials.
Second :
Attachment to Regulation of the Minister of Health RI No. 239/Menkes/Per/V/85 on Certain Coloring Agents that are Declared as Dangerous Materials shall be amended to become:
Attachment I :
Certain Coloring Agents that are Declared as Dangerous Materials In Drugs and Foods.
Certain Coloring Agents that are Declared as Dangerous Materials In Drugs, Foods and Cosmetics.
Third :
This decision shall come into force as from the stipulation date.
